Refund policy

 No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. The only exception would be if something arrives broken. You must contact Sparklein5 with 24 hours of your packages arrival. A pre paid shipping label will be sent via email to return this item to us within 3 days and the same item will be sent if available or a credit will be given for the cost of the item minus shipping cost.
